I know I havent been the best of friends to you lately. The truth is I have been so busy with my life that I have forgotten how its like to have friends. Pathetic isnt it? I was so caught up with living my life that I forgot how life should really be. Life is not about buying nice stuff for yourself, not about working your ass off on a daily basis and going to the gym to work out until you forget that you have friends and a social life to boot.

I think I am so caught up with the things happening in my life that I overlooked all the important parts of my life. I am so caught up with the fillers in my life that I forgor all the main important parts of it.

I am so sorry that I forgot your birthday, I should have marked it down in my diary with the rest of the important stuff. I am really sorry I missed your birthday.

But for all its worth, Happy Birthday Dear!

Its part of the monthy ritual to spend some money to make myself look good, smell good and feel good. A few months back my colleagues recommended a site selling budget cosmetics and beauty products. Although most of it are sample sizes, they package it in such a way that you are really getting a good deal. I am not being paid to plug them or anything, but I think it would be good to share the information with all my good friends. Here are some of the stuff I bought recently.

Clarins Par Amour L’ Elixir. This body mosturising veil smells heavenly and of course, is non-sticky, it is also absorbed quickly by the skin. The scent lasts through a few hours. I gave my colleague Mel a bottle as they came in 2 bottles of 100ml and I cant finish 100ml on my own as I have other mosturisers in the office.

Estee Lauder Magna Scopic Mascara with Primer. I bought this as I was quite sick of buying full size mascaras and throwing them away every 3 months as recommended. I cant finish a full size stick of mascara as I dont put on make up everyday. Hence a sample size would be more than enough for me. However since there are two mascara for this package, I gave Mel one of the mascara.

Since its always a mad rush to the office every morning. Especially when I decide to laze for another 15 mins in bed and I cant be half arsed to put on make up or perfume as its a grab, put on and go kind of morning. Its absolutely essential that I have a small bottle of EDP in my bag for emergencies. You wont know when you would be called into a meeting with a gorgeous hunk or when you would need to meet with contractors whom visit without notification. So as not to risk not smelling nice, a small bottle of EDP in your bag would come in handy to handle any perfume emergencies.

As all of you know by now I am very vain and since I couldnt bear to fork out 85 bucks for an Agnes B compact mirror in plastic. I decided to get something cheaper but just as pretty.

A beautiful SKII silver mirror with red diamantes, when I saw it, I knew I HAVE TO HAVE IT!!! So I bought it.

Just to let you guys know, all the above buys only cost me slightly more than $50.  If you are still worried as they are samples, the expiry date is stated on their products and so you can all buy with peace of mind. So dont say Auntie no recommend good buy sites for you guys.

Its Friday again and my brother cum contractor invited us out for dinner and drinks.
We decided that we would like to go some place where we could feel young again. Hence we decided a good place to babe watch and toyboy watch would be Zouk. As we were not very much in the mood to dance the night away especially me with my 4 inch platforms would risk my death if I were to climb on the dancing platform to boogey the night away. As for my bro, he cant dance to save his life.

It was a typical Friday and Zouk’s winebar was pack to the brim when the 5 of us got there. A quick check with the captain confirmed that it was full and there was no way for us to get any seats. Since most of us ladies were wearing heels, my brother suggested Wine Bos @ north canal for a glass of wine. As we did not want to waste more time standing around, we adjourned to North Canal in 2 cabs.

Wine Bos was not as packed on a Friday Night with a live band that played acoustic rock. We had 4 bottles of Wine, and of course my favourite was the Dessert Wine that was served chilled with ice. It was pure heaven, liken to sipping on Nectar. Selene and I, bought a bottle of the wine home, 68 dollars per bottle and if you purchase 2 bottles the third bottle is free.

 As usual, I would take photos with the Man of the night. So here is it. Trust me girls, he looks better in real life, the photo does not do him justice. Buahahaha

I was dressed for clubbing @ Zouk but I guess I wasnt disappointed when I couldnt get a seat, the company made up for it.

Time is a great healer. Exercise is a great distraction and a wonderfull thing to focus on when you need to heal.

Its been quite sometime since I last spoke to you. Hence I need you to know that I forgive you and I will eventually forget you.I can remember all the happier times we had, but to tell the truth , your image is slowly fading from my memories , I cant remember how you look anymore. I only remember that you are tall, thin and balding and some other miscellaneous, unimportant stuff about you.

I am starting to forget you and all the heartaches that you have caused. I am starting to heal, its difficult to keep hating someone and keep wondering how things would have been. I have also stopped guessing how you felt about me then and how you feel about me now. Its tiring, I feel strangely free and happy and of course my burden is very much lightened.

While writing this post, I thought about whether you would be able to read this post or whether you would read this post at all. Maybe you would and maybe you wont. But even if you dont, just know that you have been forgiven. Its strange that you have always been a feature on this blog and I had never been a feature in yours. Maybe we are different, you blog for your interests and I blog for my emotions. But I think this would be the final end to all things about you here.

The last handful of ashes has been thrown into the sea of memories and the top of the casket to our past has been sealed.

The Heavens heard her prayers of stress and her inability to get help when needed. Heaven assigned a Chosen one to help in her seeking of the resources she needs. The Heavens told her that it was her responsibility to find the Chosen one and train the Chosen one to assist her in her quest.

She was weaken from her last battle with the last Chosen one whom gave her more problems than solving them. Since it was the decisions of the Heaven above. She in her servitude had no choice but to obey the prophesy of Heaven. The name of the Chosen one was given to her and she voiced her skepticism at Heaven’s choice. The Heavens tried easing her skepticism and her fears. Hence he has already been chosen, it was pointless for her to argue any further.

With Heaven’s instructions, she went up to the Ch0sen one to ask if he knew about the plans that the Heavens had for him. Instead of being greeted with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, the Chosen one told her about how much work he had and that he was busy. She had no choice but to retreat after the barrage of the amount of work he had. She fixed a time and told him he could come look for her for the training when he was less busy.

So much for the Chosen one, the road ahead is still as dark and murky with or without the help of the Chosen one.  She can only grit her teeth and together with her tribe of loyal ladies bear what is to come.

I am sick. Have been wrapping wanton’s since yesterday.

I went to the gym today during lunch as I had an appointment in the evening hence I decided I shall not be lazy as today is gym day. On my way back to the office I drop by Guardian to get my Evian Brumisateur as it was a hot day and I dont want to get a heatstroke from the walking. The last time I went to the gym in the afternoon, I was stricken by the heat and suffered the whole afternoon at work with a throbbing headache.

Guardian was having a promotion for Trulife Balance Plus, a collagen , l-lysine and Ba Zhen drink. As I am always into collagen and have always been a firm believer that one can never have enough collagen. I bought a box to try, since there was a discount.

I also ended up with a Yoga Mat as the mats at the gym stinks and since it was only 8.90 might as well get one !!!  I need a yoga mat simply because pressing my face on the mat is quite disgusting and not to mention the zits I got from it..

Just another afternoon of shopping after the gym.. I like the feeling of acting like a tai tai even if its only for 1 hr during lunch. Buahahah

Its been a while since the last GSS, ok lah exactly 1 year lah. This year a bit special for me because this year I went a bit wild on the shopping.

Agnes B is the choice brand this year. Last year it was Aldo and Aigner.
I love the simple design and the clean lines as well as the great functionality of the bags. I bought a black bag on impulse while waiting for FK on our Sunday outing but I didnt regret the buy as the bag could fit all my gym stuff without compromising on style.

Its a bag that is suited for the office as well as its roomy enough to accomodate baby stuff as well as an extra change of clothing. When not stuffed to the brim, the bag still keeps its shape. Hence I Heart this bag!!

And of course I bought an Agnes B skinny pouch. This is also really useful as I can leave my office and home without carrying a bulky wallet. It fits all my credit cards, cash and coins plus the leather is all so soft, now I know what xtralicious means when she speaks about  the buttery softness of leather! … Buahahaha I love it to bits!!!

Nothing is complete, until Grace gets her Sanrio fix. I do have a thing for Hello Kitty and her friends. But I have to admit I like rabbits more and hence I bought this

MY NEW MUG!!! From Mu Mu Ya @ Suntec. Hehehe I also bought a tray for the office to accomodate my stationery as well as lots and lots of Kuromi folders.

Hehehehe I got 20% off the mug of the Kuromi and Melody plaque stuck on the front of the mug fell off and they do not have a new set so I asked for a discount. So I should say its quite a good deal. It looks as good as new after I glued the plaque back with my nail glue. Yes! I have found many uses for nail glue besides for gluing fake nails.

See!! I am good HOR!!!

You know you are hiao when you go to Agnes B and the first thing you want to buy is a mirror. BUahahahahah but ended up buying the Agnes B lock and key in Rose Gold.

2 weeks ago I just bought an Agnes B Skinny Coin pouch, a weekend bag and now a Lock and Key in Rose Gold. I think the guys at Agnes B must be damn good looking for me to be persuaded to buy so many things within 2 weeks

By The Way, I am looking for a collar to lock with my lock and keep the key with me. Anyone interested?
